Nov 11, 2017- In November 1939 the Russians demanded the Finns move their border 35km back from Leningrad to build a naval base. The Finns refused & Russia invaded, believing it would take them just two weeks to defeat the Finnish Army: it took them 3 and a half months. Outnumbered 4 to 1 in men and 200 to 1 in tanks, the Finns killed or wounded nearly 400,000 Russians and destroyed over 2000 tanks.
